Stop Button not disabled when in Batch File Editor

Description |
After processing a file, the user presses stop to end the interactive process. Upon returning to the Batch File Editor and not currently processing the file, the View menu allows the Button Bar to be activated and the Stop Button is still active. Pressing the Stop Button crashes the system. Should be grayed out on the Button Bar while not in processing mode.
