77 and 78 series cmds need Line ID in dialog box

Description |
The current command dialog box has a field labelled N for the figure number in the 77, -77, 78 and -78 command series. Should be consistent with the 6,7,8 commands where Line ID is used instead of N. Figure ID might be a better label for all cases.
