9.3 command rename to 9.1 command

Description |
After renaming the old 9.1 and 9.2 commands to -9.1 and -9.2, we can now rename the 9.3 command to 9.1. This completes the renaming of the existing 9 series to match the 0 series functions. Next version can add the 9.2 and 9.3 to match the remaining 0 commands.
