77.2 and 78.2 cmds display 3 decimals

Description |
These commands were written to display only 2 decimal places. At this time, they are displaying three decimals just like the regular 77 and 78 commands. Until next release where the user can select the desired decimal places, the 2 decimal functionality of these commands are needed.
