Description |
The 41 and -42 commands generate latitude and departures from control points to field points. This command should be modified to generate the Root Mean Square Error of photo control points using the FGDC NSSDA formulas for accuracy at the 95% confidence level with summary.

Added formulas per FGDC NSSDA standards for calculating accuracy at the 95% confidence level based on selected control points and field points that fall within a set radius of the control. The user must select one field point for each control point to get correct results.
