Error messages from running batch file

Description |
Error messages generated at run time are being inserted in the output file with no other warning to the user. If there are 10,000 lines of text in an output file, the user must scroll through and read every line to see if there are any errors. Should have an error summary at the bottom of the output so the user will know how many errors he has and what they were without having to search for them.
