Activates plotting to the graphic control.

Note: Previous versions of iPOGO used the 91 command to set the plotting parameters for color, line style, thickness, bearings, area, and point symbols. This version of iPOGO has implemented the 15.1 command to set up most of these plotting parameters as feature codes. These feature codes are totally user defined and are the basis for the DXF export to CAD programs for final drafting. Point symbols default to tic marks in this release with additional symbols planned for the next release. Bearings and distances are handled by layers in the graphic control in this release as are the area values.
